Michael Montoya, FACHE, MHA, MBA is Vice President of Primary & Urgent Care Services at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. He has a Master of Health Administration from the University of New Mexico and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Michael is a life-long New Mexico resident. He is passionate about improving healthcare, health outcomes, and affordability to our state.
