Villa Therese clinic celebrates 75 years

In celebration of our clinic's 75th anniversary, Archbishop Michael J. Sheehan offered a Mass on June 4 at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi.

At the Mass, a stained-glass window depicting St. Therese of Lisieux, patron saint of the clinic, was dedicated in honor of the 75th anniversary and in memory of supporter and volunteer Nattie Quintana Chidester. Ultimately, the window will be installed in the new building planned by the clinic. Spin Dunbar of Dunbar Street Glass Studio in Nambé designed and created this beautiful window.

To honor their donation for an eye operatory, a plaque was dedicated to Herman and Juanita Renkoff. Juanita is the sister of Nattie Quintana Chidester.
